I Keep Getting Asked To Teach This.
So I'm Going To.

Two days in a room in Kelowna. You walk out with the ads running, the page they land on, and the follow-up that chases anyone who doesn't answer. All of it on your accounts, in your logins, so you own it instead of renting it from someone like me. Nothing is scheduled yet, and that is the honest reason this page exists.

Who this is for: you're under $50K a month, you want more work coming in, and you'd rather learn to run it yourself than hand it to somebody. If you're past $50K, this probably isn't the one for you and the done-for-you side is a better conversation.

Straight up: there is no date, no venue and no price. I am not taking money and I am not taking deposits. I am finding out whether enough of you actually want this before I book a room. Put your name down and you will hear before anyone else.

Next step: three quick questions

Question 1 of 3

What's your trade?

Pick your trade so I know who I'm talking to.

No spam, no daily emails. You'll hear from me when there's something worth saying.

Where the first one lands

Kelowna First.

The first room is Kelowna. Everything else depends on who puts their hand up on this page, which is the whole point of it.

Not in the Okanagan? Put your name down anyway and pick Somewhere else. If a pile of you come from one town, that town gets the second one. That is genuinely how this gets decided.

What I have in mind

How It Would Work

Two Days In A Room

You bring a laptop and your own logins. You build the whole thing: the ads, the page they land on, and the follow-up that chases anyone who fills it in and then goes quiet. Me walking the room looking over shoulders, not talking at a slide deck. You leave with it running, not with notes about it.

Then You're Not On Your Own

The part that decides whether it worked is what happens in the weeks after, when something breaks and you need an answer that day. What that support looks like is exactly what I am still working out, and I would rather tell you that than invent a number of calls a week to put on a page.

Why listen to me

Real Screenshots. Real Clients.

Actual texts and actual dashboards from campaigns I run. Nothing cherry-picked, nothing stylized.

Worth saying plainly: those are results from campaigns I ran for clients. They are not results from people who sat in a workshop, because nobody has sat in one yet. You would be in the first room, and you should weigh that.

These are individual client results and they are not typical. What you get depends on your market, your offer, your pricing and the work you put in. Nobody can promise you someone else's numbers.

Still not sure?

The Obvious Questions

When is it?

Unknown, honestly. That is what this list decides. Once enough of you have put your hand up, you get a date before anyone else does.

What does it cost?

Not set, and you are not getting an invented number to make this page look finished. You will see the price before you are ever asked for anything, and you can walk away from it.

Am I committing to anything?

No. There is nothing to commit to yet. You are telling me you are interested so I know whether to book a room.

Where in Kelowna?

No venue booked. Booking a room before I know if twelve people want to sit in it is how you lose a deposit.

What would I actually walk out with?

Ads live on your account, the landing page they point at, and the follow-up that fires the moment somebody fills it in. On your logins, in your name. If you never spoke to me again it would all still be yours and still be running.

Is it just the ads?

No, and that is the point. Ads on their own are the expensive way to find out your follow-up is broken. Most of the money leaks after the click, in the page and in the hour after someone enquires, so that is what the two days covers as well.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. That is the whole reason it is two days in a room instead of a course you never finish. If you can use a phone you can do this.

Why would you teach this instead of just doing it?

I still do it. There are only so many done-for-you spots, and you lot keep asking to be shown how it works instead of paying someone to hide it from you. This is me finding out how many of you actually meant it.

What if I'm already doing more than $50K a month?

Then this probably is not the one for you, and I would rather say so than take your money. Past that point the maths usually favours having it built and run for you instead of spending two days learning it. That side is here. Put your name down anyway if you want, I just would not want you turning up expecting it to be aimed at you.

What if I'd rather you just ran it all for me?

Then this is the wrong page and I would rather tell you now. That side is here, and it is a different conversation.

What if nobody signs up?

Then there is no workshop and I will tell you straight instead of letting the page rot. You would rather hear that than keep checking.

Who's actually running it

John Milne, founder of Apex ACQ

John Milne

Me. Not a junior, not an account manager, not a team you never meet. I run the ads for the clients whose screenshots are further up this page, out of Kelowna. If you come, I am the one in the room.
